Is the concierge really free?
Yes. Asking us costs nothing. We earn a referral fee only when you choose to book through a partner link — never from you, and never on top of the partner's price.
Do you book the experience for me?
No. We recommend and explain; you book each experience yourself, directly with our partners on their own sites. We never take payment or hold reservations.
What languages can I write in?
English is easiest for us, and Japanese is perfectly fine too. Write naturally — we'll match you. 日本語でもお気軽にどうぞ。
How fast will you reply?
WhatsApp is the fastest — usually the same day, Japan time. Instagram DM works too if that's where you already live.
What should I have ready before I message?
Your rough dates, the cities you expect to visit, and the fandoms you care about most. That's enough for us to come back with something useful.
