A high-energy sumo entertainment show at Namba PARKS, Osaka, fusing Japan's national sport with dynamic sound, lighting and visuals. An English-MC rakugo opener leads into the myths and rules of sumo, then former pro wrestlers face off in powerful bouts — and lucky guests can suit up to challenge a rikishi. The evening Sumo Show comes with a Japanese bento and drinks; an afternoon Workshop lets you train in the ring and tuck into chanko nabe. (An experiential sumo-themed show, not an official tournament.)
